In recent times, the moving and storage industry has been the center of many unflattering news articles, television specials, and radio events. It seems that every time we turn around another one of our competitors has attempted to blemish our industry with acts of deceit and wrong doing.
I and all of the employees here at Rainier Moving Systems Inc., see this as an incredible opportunity. It is an opportunity to rise above the controversy, to prove that not all movers are the same, and to show every one of our customers what it means to operate with the customer's best interest as a first priority.
We understand that you are about to trust us with your most valuable possessions. So, it is in this understanding, that we will make you this promise:
- We promise to treat both you and your belongings with respect and care, padding each and every piece, and protecting your home and furniture against damage.
- We promise to offer you an accurate estimate, in good faith, and with the intent to meet or beat that estimate.
- We promise to offer you an exceptional service, at a reasonable price; not to cut corners, nor charge for services which are unwanted or unnecessary.
